This is one of the most positive "emergency" services I have ever encounteredI called them to explain that our hot water heater finally died and we were interested in the gas tankless system to replace itI also let them know that we have a diabetic son who is immune compromised and we didn't want him to have the added stress of taking cold showersThey came out that very day and gave me an estimate, in writing, by emailIt DID take several days to install, as it was raining the entire time, and they just worked right through the rain, but our gas line was on the opposite side of the house that the system needed to beThey took care of the permits, inspections, and laying all the new linesWhen they accidentally cut one of our sprinkler lines, they came back the day after installation was complete and trouble-shot the lines to find the break and repair it right awayVery respectful, and explained everything along the wayNow THAT is HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE !
