Bowles refuses to return any portion of a downpayment we made on a project we cancelled before work began. Despite signing a contract stipulating that he would pay a partial refund, he has not paid us after months of emails and calls.
Today we finally received payment from the Bowles Group. We have the result we wanted, but it took over 5 months and multiple calls and emails, most of which were ignored.Sincerely
