We have been Wyndham since July,That is right that we are building separate frontdesk for Boise Hotel which all ready to go nowWe have been check in all guest from Wyndham LobbyWe don’t do any advertisement at allIf you go online our pictures are different for Boise
hotel compare to Wyndham Rooms but amenities pictures are the sameOnly reason for that is We also let Boise Hotel guests use all amenities like pool, fitness center, restaurant and loungeAll our Boise Hotel guest key card open all entry doors for Wyndham too that way they can use all amenities without any interpution The days guest stayed with us we were sold out on both buildings so she wasn’t by herself in vacant buildingI was on vacation on those days to I didn’t get chance to talk to guest

I left a message for Nick on the first day of my stayand DarcyHunter and kathleen assured me that they were both in during my stayI have to this day never received anphone call backI was told many times by Hunter that the wyndham was not my hotel and they had nothing to do with the boise so why is the wyndham taking reservations for the boise hotel which does not existWhen hunter told me that was not my hotel the only thing he said I was allowed to do is pay $for my breakfastI was not told my key would work at the other hotel or that I was allowed to use any of the amenitiesI want a phone call back*** *** Sincerely,*** ***
