Regarding customer [redacted] (order ***) she did email, and we responded as soon as we could to inform that tracking should have been sent to her (but if not it could have ended up in her spam, or most likely that it takes a week or so for tracking to become available once her order is shipped, (all of which are auto responders built in and all is visibly stated in our FAQS & Ts&Cs).Anyhow, we responded to [redacted] times in regards to her complaints about tracking and her item is en routeAttached are photos of our correspondence.I feel we should say sorry for the slightly delayed response, but procedurally all information was available to her via auto response.We will happily review this case further if necessary and do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction as we are pretty devastated that it's come to this!Kind Regards,LindseyTeam Boho x
Regarding customer *** *** (order ***) she didn't email us through our dedicated support email or via our Contact Us page on the site.As per the tracking information, on 02/delivery was attempted but due to the potential reasons (see attached), the package is being 'returned to
sender'Note this package is labelled to be delivered to a *** ***.As per our policy, we need to ask her to confirm her email and delivery address so we can resend her orderHowever, she did not inform us via email or any other means that we can see, of the failed delivery, so we were unable to resend.We will happily review this case further and do whatever it takes necessary to ensure customer satisfaction as we are pretty devastated that it's come to this!Kind Regards,LindseyTeam Boho x
