Hi I checked in on Sunday, February and stayed at Radisson across the street from [redacted] and there was what looked liked a yellow pee stainI saw house keeping in hallway (lady) who said she would take care of it while we were leavingWe returned hours later to find comforter on bed (untouched) with a note on top of sheets saying we would have to change itI then called front desk to let lady know and I also asked for towels and ragsHousekeeping never came to bring us anythingI was so upset we end up checking out at 5am and I returned breakfast coupons and I asked for Valet to bring me my truckI complain to front desk clerk and she said sorry and have a good dayShe didn't investigate or take any notes downShe didn't have a care in the worldI will never ever use this hotel again

Review: [redacted] dba Body Sanctuary Spa and Wellness Center in Thousand Oaks, CA accepted funds for 2 hours of services from me. Kelly Towry closed the business and disappeared with no notice to customers and employees. I am seeking reimbursement for prepaid gift certificate. The certificate states " Funds never expire"LLC dba SpaBoomAt least, I hope she won't be able to perpetrate this fraud in the futureDesired Settlement: I would like refund of prepaid 2 hour services. $300

Review: The Body Sanctuary in Westlake abruptly closed down for business without notifying clients. I did not realize this until I called them for an appointment to use one of my prepaid treatments and there was a recording that the telephone number is disconnected or no longer in service.I redialed just in case because it seemed odd..I then googled them to see if they had changed their number and come to find out through yelp users that it closed its doors without warning.We had yet 4 treatments that were prepaid for and nor used and a gift certificate as well. There was no warning given to use quick because they were going out of business or an attempt to notify their clients. I feel robbed.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for services not rendered.
