Outstanding installation and quality product. Could not be more pleased with entire selection, scheduling, installation, and follow up contact by company.

After a dreadful experience with a competitor who failed to finish the job as well as having provided one shade that buckled when lifting, I contacted The Blind Guys to finish the work. What an absolute pleasure they were to deal with and their product far exceeds the quality of the competitor product though I paid through the nose for it. The competitor insisted I needed triple cell shades for my single pane west facing windows. Because they are triple cell, I was told, they could not be hung within the frame. Thus, they looked very bad. The Blind Guys said their product would provide equal sun/heat protection and could be hung within the frame. They are absolutely right. I have felt the competitor shade and the Blind Guys' shade on blistering afternoons, and the Blind Guys shade is as cool if not cooler than the competitor. I so wish I had started out with them and could have saved myself a lot of aggravation which has continued since early June.
