I ordered $66.96 worth of products on june 17th of 2020 from this website who I thought was trustworthy knowing they have a lot of customers online. 3 weeks after I ordered, I got an email from their customer support saying that they were out of certain products I ordered asking if I wanted to change to the ones they did have in stock, so I said of course that’s fine. A month went by, and I still hadn’t received a tracking number to see when my order would be delivered. I sent an email asking for one but they replied saying they were waiting on another shipment that would take a week. So I agreed to waiting another week. Then two months came, and my order still hasn’t arrived, I don’t have a tracking number, and now they aren’t responding to my customer service emails.
We greatly apologize for the lack of speedy shipment and communication in the case with this customer. While there is no excuse for poor customer service, there have been many circumstances impacting our business lately that could have impacted this experience with our business. Short staff due to the global pandemic and slow shipping speeds from other businesses and USPS have greatly impacted how we do business. We've done our best to navigate these circumstances, but it is entirely possible that a customer support request slipped through the cracks.Again, we are sincerely sorry for not providing this customer with a positive shopping experience. We did not hold up our end of the deal, and that is unacceptable - I would be upset if I were in this customer's shoes. We will happily issue a complete refund if the customer provides us with their order number! We appreciate this customer's understanding and patience, and wish that we could do more to rectify the situation.
