Thank you very much for bringing this matter to our attention. I cannot say that I am surprised. When this customer was in our restaurant dining, we replaced the fish meal and offered to completely remove the meal from her bill. She refused and told me that the meal was to her satisfaction. She...
then called our restaurant about an hour after she left. I could hardly understand her on the phone, as she was screaming at the top of her voice demanding gift certificates and a refund. I told her if she would come back to the restaurant, I could refund her money. She refused to come back to restaurant and then demanded gift certificates. I asked her for her name and address, she then proceeded to yell and I could not understand most of what she said. She then ended the conversation, I assume by hanging up the telephone. She did in fact call back to our restaurant, leaving no return number to reach her. It is our express desire that this customer not return to our restaurant. We make every effort to ensure our customers have a good dining experience, if this doesn't happen, we then refund their money or make them another meal or both. We will be happy to return the $28.00 to this customer in the form of a cashiers check, if we have a name and address to send it to. I cannot express enough, the harassment that this customer has put us through. My staff has actually been told that if she were to return to the restaurant, in the same yelling and screaming manner that she has been calling our restaurant, we have no choice but to call the police. Once again, if we have a name and address to send a cashiers check to, we will be more than happy to give her $28.00.
