we have been unresponsive to his request to repair an issue that we allegedly created while making another repair the unit. We have on many occasion tried to schedule a time to repair the issue and unfortunately the appointment had to be changed. Sometimes because something occurred on our end and sometimes something occurred on the homeowners end. However since this complaint was filed we repaired the issue in question to the satisfaction of the home owner at no cost to the home owner on July 8,2016.We feel that this complaint has been fully satisfied at this time and our record should represent such.
