I have spent the last 3 days trying to get in contact with a person (Jeff R specifically). I have left a voice message and sent 3 e-mails; 2 of them declining their proof and requesting a refund. the proof was actually sent after 1 voice message and 1 e-mail requesting a refund. No one has contacted me to date...

This company is a farce. Be Leary people .... they have a Revdex.com rating of D+ - quit spamming me after I’ve told you to remove my email address off your list!

Our head financial advisor received an email with an advertising promotion special and as her office manager, I was directed to sign her up. After paying online $99 to secure her spot for a year of advertising, I have attempted to contact Mr. Jeff R via numerous emails and phone calls. I explained that I needed to discuss the ad they had created a proof of because we needed it edited and approved on our end prior to publication. I had a look at their website last week and noticed that the DID publish the ad! It must be removed. I have tried every extension possible for this company and have only been given the voice mail option. I have stated very clearly that the ad must be removed immediately and that we would like to be reimbursed the $99 as well.
