I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.           The response is just another example of the lack of communication between [redacted] and The Insurance Market concerning this matter. The only instance of communication has been on us calling either The Insurance Market and Selective. This response only shows Revdex.com codling big businesses. Strange that it has taken The Insurance Market four months to respond with a two sentence unacceptable response but yet we as the innocent party has five days and thirty minutes or the matter is deemed solved.[redacted]
