The Bend at Crescent Pointe

The Bend charged me for a full month's rent after I had turned my keys in and moved out. When I reached out to the company, I asked when I would get a refund and that I would like to be reimbursed for my bank $34 overdraft charge, my account only over drafted because their system charged me unlawfully for rent after my lease ended. When I called I was mocked, and told they would not reimburse me for the over draft charge, and that it was not their fault I mismanaged my finances to where my account over drafted. I was told it would be around a month before I got the funds back from the full month rent I was charged after I moved out. I was laughed at and basically told I need to manage my money better.
