This customer has refused to pay the remaining balance of $ 10,500.00 and is making false allegations that the job was not performed properly. this confirms that the work was performed properly and was done by properly licensed contractors. The homeonwer has prevented us from opening up a wall or ceiling to diagnose the cause of an alleged problem with a hammer pipe. The allegations being made by this customer are being utilized as pretext to avoid paying the bill for work that was properly performed.
