Review: I purchased a ticket to their Oktoberfest event which was to take place Saturday October 4th. There were no stipulations about refunds in the contract.The venue cancelled the event and rescheduled it to a date that I was unable to attend. (Also this was never mentioned in the ticket purchase.)I called and was told to come by for my refund, I came and was told I had to wait for the rescheduled date to pass. I waited. Then I was told I had to email.Then I was told my check was in the mail- which was a month ago at this point.Now- I have sent a number of emails and received no feedback. I have repeatedly called to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want the $32.90 that I spent, refunded in full.
