Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint above The $cancellation fee was something that was put in place after Ms [redacted] made her reservation and is shown in all of our communications as well as our website at this time Unfortunately, Ms [redacted] sent me an email yesterday afternoon while I was out of the office and did not give me the opportunity to discuss the matter further with her We are going to refund her $and look forward to having her stay with us another time
