I have been a customer of The Battery Guy (***) over the past several years and have always found him to be an honest and ethical person to deal withI live on the other side of the valley and on one occasion I had an issue with the batteries and he was out to my home within two days and replaced all of the batteries per his warrantyI highly recommend The Battery Guy to all of my friends and will continue to use this company whenever the occasion arises

I purchased batteries in July In May I had one of the batteries fail The Battery Guy came promptly and replaced it without delay He also mentored me in performing better maintenance without scolding I believe I contributed to the battery failure, regardless he honored the warranty Can't tell you how refreshing it is to have a man of integrity to do business with His service is beyond expectations and I recommend when needing batteries for most vehicles like a golf cart etcyou will do yourself a favor by doing business with The Battery Buy

I recently contacted The Battery Guy on 3/16/about possibly selling them my used Club Car Powerdrive (golf cart battery charger) that I no longer neededI spoke with the owner Billy, about selling it and he let me know that they would be coming out to my house the following day to check it out
The very next day just as promised, their service guy Brett called me and let me know a time that he would be arrivingHe inspected the battery charger and they were able to purchase it from me
**I would recommend The Battery Guy to anyone who has a golf cart or needs any servicingThese guys were professional and I have never had someone offer to come to my house for my golf cart service, ever! What a great idea that you don't have to leave your house to service your golf cartI will use these guys again when I need my cart serviced or any new batteries

Quotes you one thing and shows up and it is not what he quoted on the phone and then he says he did not say that.
