The Bath Showcase a Peabody Supply Co

I purchased an [redacted] Water Heater in 2003 - with a 12 year warranty and I had to have the entire unit replaced in January. The place that we purchased the unit went out of business and the place that bought out the original store: PEABODY PLUMBING SUPPLY - [redacted] STREET [redacted], MA [redacted] - refused to honor the warranty. I am writing this for compensation for the warranty amount for parts. This is the information of the unit: Product Number - [redacted], Serial Number [redacted], Model Number [redacted]. I also called the [redacted] Water Heater Company [redacted] number to see if they could direct me to other distributors in my area that sold these water heaters and I could not find any, that is why I think it is disnonoral and not good business practice for Peabody Plumbing Supply to not carry on the same warranty practices.
