We had to cancel the contract because of legitimate reason and the agent that we were working for still has not sens us the cancellation letter.
Finish the job Send us the completed signed cancellation letter.
My phone calls and email to Mr and Mrs *** have not been returned upon receiving notice of this complaint.
Mr and Mrs *** received their release and cancellation of contract "yesterday" but are filing a case with Revdex.com "today" saying they have not received the document. That is simply not true in intentionally destructive and deceiving to those reading this complaint.
We did not delay the process, what would the motive be for us to do that? We have to circulate cancellation to the seller and once executed by all parties, provide a copy to the title company, which our transaction coordinator, Sandy, did yesterday via email.
We followed up diligently with the seller to expedite the execution of the contract cancellation. Sometimes that does not happen overnight, which is the case here. However, we did not stop following up until Mr & Mrs *** received the cancellation which will entitle them to receive return of escrow from the the title company.

We signed the Cancellation Letter 8/12/20. On 8/17/20 we called and texted the Agent we worked with and received no response. We then called the phone number that came up from Google search and spoke to Mr. V. who was totally unprofessional and hung up on us, so we decided to file this complaint right after. After a few more text messages, the our former agent finally responded for us to get a hold of her assistant who finally sent us the required documents. Mr.V. was not interested in helping us or even directed us in the right direction. He was very unprofessional and rude. We did receive the required documents however we will not drop this complaint due to Mr.V.'s unprofessional attitude towards us and his negative representation of the company.
must misremember that conversation with Mr V.. After *** spoke to Mr V. the issue was resolved, same day. Within hours *** was in receipt of the document he requested. Mind you, this is the first and only conversation *** had with Mr V.. Upon immediately resolving the consumer's inquiry through consistent, exceptional leadership and managerial direction exhibited from Mr Vreeland, *** Woodard took it upon himself to apparently be upset that his issue was so quickly resolved as there is no other explanation for his commentary that is devoid of the truth.

It's all about he said she said at this point. Mr.V. did not assist us in any way to get the matter resolved. I will not respond to any comments going forward.
