I would also like to add that the business did finally send out my material and they have been receivedI am satisfied with the resolution of my complaint and I am continuing with my program on their website
We sent out the materials once with tracking, unfortunately the customer stated she never received her kit. She has always had access to the online portion of the class. At this time I want to send the customer her money back and make certain she is satisfied. [redacted]
Review: I have spent several months trying to inquire about the status of my accessory order. I have sent numerous emails, as well as countless phone calls. Either I get an answering machine, or a gentleman that tells me to call back later when a different person is on. When I callback, of course it goes directly to voice-mail. My emails have been sent to the "go to person" in which I was told is responsible for the shipping of the accessories, and when I finally reach him, he tells me to call back later and speak to [redacted]. I've got nothing but the run around. I've spent almost $100 for this course and accessories, and got nothing in return. I feel that I have been scammed, and am very disappointed, as I was extremely excited about obtaining this certification.Desired Settlement: I would like my $30.35 which was the value in access (over the $40 accessory credit) that I spent on their website for the accessories that I never received. I have also contacted [redacted] to request a refund of the $39.20 I spent on their site for the certification course.
