extremely important, and we always strive to exceed our customers' expectations.Upon receipt of your letter, we researched the customer's concerns and determined that Bank of Lake Mills provided an installment loan to Mr*** for the purchase of travel and to consolidate a prior account with Freedom Acceptance Corporation (F AC)After review of the documentation it has been determined that the transaction was in full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the disclosed Annual Percentage RateIn addition, we contacted F ACF AC purchased the loan from Bank of Lake Mills in December As the servicer of the loan, F AC provided additional information concerning the transaction in questionTo date, Mr, *** has submitted his concerns to the Kansas Attorney General and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, both of which were satisfactorily responded to by F ACFinally, Mr*** contacted F AC in regards to his remaining balance as he is currently not employedF AC offered the customer a couple of options to liquidate the remaining balance, and subsequently sent Mr*** a letter outlining those optionsA copy is attached for your review.We regret Mr*** feels that the customer service he received fell short of his expectationsIf you should have any additional questions, or need any additional information, please feel free to contact me directly at ***.Sincerely,*** ***Correspondent Lending Director

Review: During 12/14/2013, I was mislead by Freedom Furniture to sign a contract that charge excess amount of interest. The interest rate is 35.74% that included Hotel Travel and Travel Voucher. This is illegal and unethical business practice.Desired Settlement: I want the freedom stop charge me excess amount of interest and erase the remaining balance. This is reimburse that I pay them for a long time and recent payment to them.
