amount of $3,385.96 the payment the customer made was in the amount of2,370.00.. We have a copy of her check#492 from Chase Bank written on 8/21/2013. Since we did make an error in the beginning we were willing, and still are, to wave all the fees and interests, which leaves us with a straight principle amount of $1,015.96. We are not asking for any extra fees, we are waving all late fees and all interests. All we are asking for is the principle amount. I hope we can come to understanding and settle this matter to the satisfaction of both parties.
