I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  While I don't agree with some of the comments (and can show emails from 2017), the resolution is satisfactory to me.  Specifically, I can pickup the check and speakers (& boxes) during business hours
(Tuesday-Saturday).

We did sell the [redacted] for $600.00 and he has a store credit of $550.00 as he requested. The 3 ATC speakers are still at the store unsold. [redacted] can pickup his speakers along with a check for the [redacted], Tuesday-Saturday during store hours and could have done so at any time. We have been in business for 30 years and this is the first complaint this establishment has received. I did not receive any messages that [redacted] called and have no e-mails from him from 2017. We would have been happy to return any call or to give him his speakers back along with the check.
