I have received your notice of a complaint from Ms [redacted].  I have spoke with her and was able to find the issue was that the address on her ID is not her correct mailing address. The address that is on her identification is the one  in our system. After speaking with her and getting the...

correct address, I have submitted a request to have a check sent to her correct address that she should be receiving soon.  I also educated her the [redacted] Application fee is not refundable, and that the refund is for the [redacted] security deposit.  At no point was Ms. [redacted] giving the run around, any time she called requesting a update, it was giving with the most updated information that we had.  I also confirmed the time frame with her because as I have explained the checks are not printed here in the office.  Today is 11/24/2017 that check should have went out this week and I will follow up with her next week to make sure that it was received. I let her know due to the holidays and corporate office hours might delay it a couple of days but it is on its way.
