The Asphalt Company

I had a great experience with the Asphalt Company! They worked me into their schedule to make sure that my driveway was completed on time for my son's graduation party! Jim was very easy to work with and made sure my messages were returned in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

The Asphalt Company did a full tear out and replacement of my asphalt driveway. After waiting the additional time due to the higher than expected air temperatures, the day the Asphalt Company employee John C. said I could drive and park on the new driveway, all sorts of different tire indents and marks were visible on the driveway. I had to ask repeatedly for someone to come and take a look at the damage. After waiting weeks, two members of his crew stopped by to see the damage. They told me it would be covered under warranty at no cost to me and that I would get a response as to when the driveway would be replaced. After having to send multiple emails to the company to get a response as to when and what they will be doing to fix the new driveway. I was only told, " Sometime the first full week of September." This time has come and gone now with no word as to why they did not come or a different date for the work to be completed. I am very disappointed with the workmanship and customer service. It has been over three months since the driveway was replaced.
