Fortunately, we do not share any negative opinion as the one previous poster shared We purchased a new home and bought all new kitchen appliancesAfter the warranty expired we had an issue with our 3yr old fridgeWe called the Appliance Doctor and the very next day the technician was at my doorHe was highly knowledgeable and explained the issueHe gave us a very close ball park figure to the cost of what the repair would be one the part came inWe waited hrs and the technician was at our home for the repairThe technician cleaned up any mess, was quick, and curteous The bill was on point to what he said it would be
We recommended them to friends of ours who have been extremely pleased as well

I called to ask if they could fix my electric oven. I told the woman who answered the phone that it won't preheat any more. Her English was terrible and she was a very difficult to understand. She asked me for my address and said I live half a mile out of the radius of who they service. Then she hung up on me. She was very rude. I would not recommend to anyone.

Avoid at all costs. [redacted], they come in to check your appliance and get your money saying the second visit is free. When they're supposed to come back and do the actual repair/change the parts you'll never see them again. Phone calls are answered by a rude person that says someone will get back to you which never happens.

Contractor required $100 payment in advance to order replacement part for my washer. Then, never completed the job and hasn't given me a refund.On October 7, I contacted Mr. [redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX based on an ad on [redacted] regarding Washing Machine repairs. He came that day to my home and diagnosed the problem. The part would cost $85 and I would have to pay in advance. I gave him a check for $100 and was told the part should arrive in 3-5 days. On Day 3, I started trying to contact him. I FINALLY reached him on Day 8, being told the wrong part had been ordered and had been reordered. (Although my $100 check had already been cashed and cleared the bank ...) After 3 more days, I started trying to reach him again. He NEVER returned my calls or texts, which dated through October 30. So, my mother called him from her phone and guess what? He answered her call because he didn't recognize the number! When she questioned him about his dishonesty and misrepresentation, he told her he would refund the $100 to me, less a $35 service call fee. He told her he would put the check in my mail box "in a few days." It is now November 15 and I have not received a refund and he will not acknowledge my calls or texts. I am a single working woman who feels cheated and victimized. What makes him even more bogus is that he came into my home "bragging" about being a "born again Christian" ... REALLY??? I hope [redacted] is not allowed to continue taking advantage of people. I see there was a similar complaint filed against him in May. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. I called Mr. [redacted] off of a internet site that's very common I told him my issues and he said that if was something that could be fixed in a dayWhen he arrived he begain to assess my frontload washer and he told me that he would need to take the operating board out and that it my be the pump. He sat down in my living room and told me that he was going to fix the boad and bring it back the next day that was 3/9/2016 he also stated that he had to be paid $85.00 so I wrote him a check I've not heard from him Ive been calling him he's been ignoring my calls I call from another number he answers and I ask him about the service and he said he would be by in the morning so the morning came no [redacted] and so I try calling again from another number I got the very same response at this point I'm fustrated cause he's rushing me off the phone want let me get a word in and he constantly lying about bring my washer part back. I waited its now 3/19/2016 I call from another number of course he picks up and I say who I am and he tells me that if I want my washer part back or my money that I would have to sue him [redacted] and he said it again sue me [redacted]!!!!!!! This guy has to be stopped he is coming into people homes pretending to fix there appliances however he's stealing the parts and putting them in other things or for sale and he's charging you for it. This guy do not work alone he's with an older guy please don't let him in your home he's a thief and a lier I found him by googling his name and phone number and got his address where he do his work. good luck I hope that this helps someone my frontload washer was only 2yrs old and there was nothing to much wrong with it. The spin cycle was messing up why did he need my whole operating board?????Desired SettlementI want the part to my operating system of my frontload washing machine back in working condition the way it left my home.

I contacted [redacted] based on his [redacted] posting to repair the ice maker in my refrigerator. He came out 05/07/13 and replaced a valve. He charged me $97.00. This did not resolve the issue and [redacted] came back out the next day. He told me I needed a new ice maker. I paid him $150.00 and he would get the ice maker and be back the following day. I have been contacting [redacted] since 05/10/13 and keep getting sob story after sob story. First he was n an accident, then in the hospital. I'm told every time that I call that he will be out in the morning. He never shows. I feel that I've given him enough chances to rectify this situation and he has chosen to ignore it.Desired SettlementI'd like a refund of the $150.00 paid to [redacted] OR my ice maker repaired and working properly.
