Poor management wanting to take advantage of their residents. The towing policy changed without any notice and visitors cars have been towed. Management stated that the policy never changed yet I have screenshots of them emailing the residents that it is enforced during towing hours between 10pm and 5am. My visitors car got towed at 6:30pm and management does not want to be liable for it.I want what is fair and management did not address the new towing policy at all. In their eyes it's the same policy but they are clearly contradicting themselves and taking advantage of their residents.

The policy's did not change. And our towing signage is correct. I understand the residents frustrations, however they are out of her own lack of responsibility. We have always enforced towing 24/7 since I have started at the property in Sept 2019. I even posted a reminder in the resident portal at the beginning of June for all the residents to see, and this resident also acknowledged that. Further more I have offered a partial refund trying to meet on middle ground only to be denied by the resident.

I am rejecting this response because: there was no sign stating that this was a 24 hour tow. It was set to like on the updates that we received in the email from 10pm till 5am. I am not accepting a partial refund because this was not my fault for not properly addressing this to the residents. Between the management of this apartment complex and Trinity towing are both blaming each other. Trinity towing is blaming the apartments management and saying they towed the car because management changed the towing policy, again there was NO sign indicating this was 24 hour towing. The sign was added after I made the complaint and want to cover themselves and it speaks of how dishonest they are. If this was ALWAYS set up to 24 hours then why would you even send an email to the residents indicating that it's from 10pm till 5am? We are on a pandemic and the worse comes from people taking advantage of other people and trying to take their money.
