dashboard during the removal of the old sticker from the left front windshieldListed below is an explanation of the procedure our inspector uses to remove inspection decals/stickers In order to find clarity and resolution, I would like to request the assistance of Revdex.com before I make contact with the customer I would like to get through this situation in an objective and fair manner Place a cm by cm rectangular hard plastic cover over the left front dashboard Use a inch razor blade scraper to remove the decal/sticker from left front windshield; scrape the decal/sticker one motion at a time from the top to the bottom until the sticker is removed. the scrapings of the decal/sticker fall on top of the plastic cover, and the plastic cover is removed from the dashboard when scraping is complete. After meeting with an interior shop today, I have decided to accept Mrs. [redacted]'s offer.   I will absorb the additional cost of repair.Please send check or MO to my work address for the agreed amount of $50.50.

I understand that  the customer does not feel comfortable allowing Analyzer Express to repair the car dashboard, so, I would like to offer this solution.   First, our apologies to our customer for having this unfortunate experience.  I would like to offer a refund of 25.50, the cost of the service, and 25.00 for the repair kit to the dashboard.  I am requesting a few photos of the area of the dashboard that was scratched. Please let me know when you would like for me to bring my vehicle for examination.    I prefer to meet with someone other than the employee that performed the inspection, simply because I do not feel he is willing to own up to his error in performing the proper steps in the removal process of the old sticker.I appreciate your quick and courteous reply.
