I submitted change of address forms for two canines along with payment for new ACA registration documents on 1-7-20 and never received them.
1-6-20 was instructed by ACA on how to request a change of address and obtain updated registration for two canines. 1-7-20 emailed two address change request forms along with $20 payment to receive updated registration documents for both canines. 1-9-20 sent follow up email asking for update.1-17-20 sent another follow up email asking for update. 1-20-20 received reply that the documents were mailed on 1-10-20 and would take 10 business days to be recieved via USPS from that date. 1-26-20 Have not recieved documents.
