On 01/29/20, Consumer purchased a used refrigerator for $225 + $50 delivery. The freezer did not work but the bottom did freeze. Consumer called Company and they returned her call 1 week later. They did come yesterday to repair but, now, it does not work at all.
Mr. indicated he provided a refund to the consumer about three to four days ago and told her he would be by to pick up the refrigerator. Consumer will not return the refrigerator. Business advised he will take the consumer to court if she does not return the refrigerator.

That is not true. I called him back and said *** said
for the second round it would 600.00 I sent him an email of when he first came out.He stated he could not help me. He put me on hold and I lost money.
