It has been a month and a half since my fridge has broken down. They claim it has been fixed but it has not.
I posted a request for my fridge to be fixed a few weeks before quarantine. Someone came in, and let me know the fridge would need to be replaced, and that it would be done so in about a week. The fridge never came. I have been opening requests for it to be fixed since then, but they have been ignored. We are home due to quarantine, and we would know if someone came in, and no one has. Still, the office keeps shooting down my request, saying it has been 'fixed'. I'm unable to buy too much food at a time, and have to keep going to the grocery store, which as of now is very dangerous to my health. I have asthma, and I cannot risk contracting COVID-19
I only want my fridge to work again
The problem has been addressed and fixed
The staff here is extremely rude. They kicked me out of my home for 24hrs. Since then I feel tormented. I get weekly inspection notices. They hate me.
I had a birthday party in July 2019. The police nicely asked us to keep it down and even stated if our window was not open they wouldn't have heard a thing. We decided to go to breakfast. We ALL left. Apparently an incident accused after our departure. One week later I was told to leave my apartment due to that incident. I begged to stay advising I was not home. 24 hours after moving out I was allowed to stay. The manager Trenton said he decided to let me stay since I had nowhere to go and had begged him. Since then I've been tormented. There is constantly someone in my apartment even when I'm at work. They have cut into my walls and even damaged my air conditioner. The staff began to be mean and rude to me. The maintenance man was really mean to me and I reported him. They didn't care. When he came back we talked for a bit. He was nicer to me. He said he thought about it at home and apologized. I think the staff is being asked to be this way towards me. I think it's personal. They once told me my payment was successful then a week later changed their minds and told me I had until the end of business to pay or if he evicted. I paid the balance I'm total. Plus the fees. Now today they said I owe anther $55. I have receipts .. these charges are suddenly from August . Why weren't they due before November then?? Our gates are broken I can't use our fitness room and the pool was closed the entire summer. I have tried contacting corporate several times to no avail not even a response. I can't reach anyone be phone or email. I need some help. This is wrong. Why am I paying such a high rent to have no access to any of the amenities that made me move here to have no security from the gate I thought would be closed and to have to deal with the rude instructiveness
Lower rent since nothing here works. I want the staff to let me love in peace until May so I can leave here and never look back
Paid two $75 application fees for me and my husband application and $100 holding fee for a townhome. After disputed denial nothing wass returned.
Me and my husband Jerry T visited tge Alista on June 8, 2018 and spoke with agent Martin who stated they approve everyone and don't care about credit. In the end, we learned thst my husband application was approved while mine's was denied for low credit and also "insufficient income" as the screening company run our applications individually and not together as it was supposed to be combined in a joint application for a married couple. Noone was answering our phone calls or emails. On June 12, 2019 agent Martin stated they won't refund our $150 application fees and that she cannot return our money order for $100 holding fee either because the manager already cash it out. She stated we may get a check for $100 within 30 days but we did not get it in writing. I asked her how could they cash out our $100 holding fee when they did not hold any unit for us and she said she does not know. I showed her also that our application submitted through www.rentcafe.com shows that we pay $40 application fee and asked why they charged us $150 and she stated "that is incorrect. It was supposed to be $75 for each one of you and it does not matter that you are married". I asked her how they could approve my husband's application, where he listed me as additional occupant and deny mine for insufficient income and she was unable to answer. She did not even know that I was denied also for eviction that was disputed in 2016 and wiped out of my credit as it was found illegal because I was evicted as a victim of domestic violence. I showed her the proof and she printed it and gave it to the manager but I was still denied. In the end it cost us total $250 and noone was willing to explain it. Very bad experience. Seems to me they steal money from people advertising they are second chance apartments and will accept you with any credit but its false.
We want either refund of our $250 or having the townhome we applied for as we would not apply if the leasing agent Martin did not tell us upfront that we will be approved. She only stated that we may pay double deposit $600 instead of regular $300 in the worst scenerio and that our $100 holding fee will be credited towards it. But it did not happen. We were denied and no money were returned to us.
I have been a very patient tenant for several years now!!!! Initially when I signed the contract with The Alista they had a small roach problem. I was really desperate to get into the apartment. The leasing officer Cynthia promised it will be taken care of. Over the years, I have frequently asked for my unit to be treated and I had no issues with the pest control officer. I was never told to clear cabinets or countertops for treatment. Recently, 'The Alista? hires a new representative from Greenforest termite & pest control, inc. The representative came out on the 6th of June, and refused to treat my unit. He said it wasn't ready, I reported to the office. And they promised it will be done the following week. He said clear out cabinets, I did. He showed up the following week and said I had to leave for several hours and that I should make sure I throw away all the cabinet mats. This morning June 23, I still have roaches everywhere and I went to the apartment office to speak to a manager and no one is interested in helping. I have always paid my rent on time, but I have gotten the worse service yet. The whole apartment is infested with roaches.

Contact by the Business I will like to break out of my lease and move out of this apartment. My health is at risk, the pest control representative didn't say anything about countertops he literally sprayed my food and the Alista office representative told me that next time I should put my food on my bed. She was rude, unprofessional when I asked to speak to a manager and told me she will give me cooperates number. She lied, it was the office and I was looped around back, and she didn't answer the phone.
I moved out of the apartment in march. I paid a security deposit to move in and I was told that I will receive it no later than 30-60 days. It has been 60 days and I still have not received my money back at the time I called the apartment office and asked for the corporate office number and the manager gave me a number that I was unable to speak to someone in regards to my refund check for the deposit.
Refund i just would like my money back that i paid for to move in the complex. Despite the issues that i have had with the complex
