June 21, 2016.  As part of the Claims Assessment Report, the Claim Assessor’s Observations as well as the applicable guidelines of The Construction Performance Guide for New Home Warranty in Alberta were identified.   The Construction Performance Guide for New Home Warranty in Alberta was produced by the Government of Alberta “…to ensure that homeowners, builders, and warranty providers alike clearly understand their rights and responsibilities under the terms of the New Home Buyer Protection Act.”.
Our organization has processes in place for any homeowner that disputes a finding in their Claims Assessment Report.  
In accordance with our processes, we received a complaint today from from [redacted], Mr. [redacted] wife, and have advised her that we will respond to her concerns by end of day on Friday, September 23, 2016.
