Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Hi in response to my complaint on the air conditioner Shoppe, their response was a lie.They installed a split ac in living room and bedroom over five years agoCalled to have it cleaned and serviced was told by Neil it would cost unless they found a problemFive men came I went to show them how the drain was ruining my roof as it was draining on roof instead of gutterPipe had fallen offI had a pipe we were going to use to extend the one on roof,hadOne guy put pipe back and other four cleaned the screens in ac which we do I asked if they were going to clean cylinder inside told me it was clean and shined a flashlight inside and I saw silverThey were here fifteen to twenty minutesI was told to clean condenser outsidePaid them and they leftThree days later water appeared on living room floor then ceiling collapsedCalled a plumber who found leak coming from upstairs acCall Neil told him what happened he said why did you call a plumber and not us, I told him thought leak was from bathroom since ac was just servicedHe told me he wouldn't come back so I said I would send him the bill for repair said he pays no one and to call my lawyer and he had the best lawyer on the islandsFound out when they put pipe back in it wrongCover wad taken off and ac was black insideCylinder needs to be cleanedShoddy material was used so mice must have chewedWe called plumber to fix leak, contracted to fix entire living room ceilingand another ac shop to clean cylindersI paid not Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I do not know why he made a complaint it was already fixed on Monday the 19th

*** called me on the 26th of January and said we have to pay for the problem there was a plumber there he took down all the coverings that covers the lines. At that time I said we will come over right away and see what's up we installed her a/c almost 5-years ago and she has rats that

I am rejecting this response because:Hi in response to my complaint on the air conditioner Shoppe,  their response was a lie.They    installed a split ac in living room and bedroom over five years ago. Called to have it cleaned and serviced was told by Neil it would cost 700.00 unless they found a problem. Five men came I went to show them how the drain was ruining my roof as it was  draining  on roof instead of gutter. Pipe had fallen off. I had a pipe we were going to use to extend the one on roof,hadOne guy put pipe back and other four cleaned the screens in ac which we do I asked if they were going to clean cylinder inside told me it was clean and shined a flashlight inside and I saw  silver. They were here fifteen to twenty minutes. I was told to clean condenser outside. Paid them and they left. Three days later water appeared on living room floor then ceiling collapsed. Called a plumber who found leak coming from upstairs ac. Call Neil told him what happened  he said why did you call a plumber and not us, I told him thought leak was from bathroom since ac was just serviced. He told me he wouldn't  come back so I said I would send him the bill for repair said he pays no one and to call my lawyer and he had the best lawyer on the islands. Found out when they put pipe back in it wrong. Cover wad taken off and ac was black inside. Cylinder needs to be cleaned. Shoddy material was used so mice must have chewed. We called plumber to fix leak, contracted to fix entire living room ceilingand another ac shop to clean cylinders. I paid 700.00 not 117.00

My worker told [redacted] that she needed to have a full service she said she could not afford it till next year also my other worker cleaned her outside condenser and showed her how to do it which is very easy to do as I said before we installed this a/c almost five years ago I have her e-mails saved when she told me she could afford the basic service in January she paid $170.00 plus tax and five dollars was paid in Quarters. I tried to talk to her but  as of now she keeps on telling me I will see you in court and I said no problem. I can only do so much before I do not want to do any work for her ever again.
