We're very sorry about the delays and unresponsiveness of the Sprinkler Academy. We are certainly a real business, and our primary trainer, [redacted] is still equipping inspectors and designers for work in the industry....


As a growing online business, though, we are still working out the logistics of student management and communication, and we have done a poor job of following through with our students, and with you in particular.
We will therefore be refunding the three payments you made to us in 2014. We initiated the refund today, and you should see this reflected in your account in 3-5 days.
We are still working on issues related to certificates, etc., and we hope to have these solidified by the end of the year. You will keep the credits you've earned for any work you've completed on your classes.
If you have specific questions about the class content, credit, or scheduling, please let us know, and we'll set up a phone meeting to make sure that your questions and concerns are addressed.
