Unable to resolve any issues for service, simply because the company does not respond. Zero response for calls. Zero response for emails. Gladly accepts payment but have to put a stop pay and change credit card numbers to get them to quit billing. Absolutely horrible business.
company was wonderful for 6 months, until we were cut off, a few days later They started sending emails saying they need our credit card updated, still not sure why we use the same card for all our auto bills. we gave them every card we have 1 at a time according to this company none of them work. It is odd how they work at any other locations we use them at. I have repeatedly tried to call (automated system with no voicemail function)and email therm with no results. my other complaint is we had an original agreement to pay $49 per month right away after the first moth we were charged $59 per month. what upsets me the most is I gave their information to many people since we could not get internet service in our area other than satellite which was very expensive and constantly cut us down to dial up speeds. .
Any form of contacting them is ignored. Shut my service off without warning (always pay bill on time and no issues there) but would not reply to any emails or calls asking what happened to my service. Referred family to use them (before my service was shut off) and they never even received equipment and are now fighting to get their money because Highspeed-Solutions refuses to respond to anything. STAY AWAY!
This company has billed me service they didn't deliver. They also did not ship the product I ordered. No response to several emails and messages.
I have been paying for internet service since November. Then in March the service Sudden shut down. I emailed several times for a resolution and there was never a response. I called the number listed in the monthly billing receipts but there no actual response. I had also ordered a new sim card for 109 dollars which was billed for. I recieved a receipt for purchase and a shipping notice the item would ship. However the sim card never shipped. Jeremy, who sent the receipt, has not responded as to why the sim has not shipped. I ordered on April 21st. The company has also made several attempts to withdraw more money from my account.
At this point I just want a refund for the undelivered sim card.
Service stopped working but Highspeed-Solutions continues to charge.
Highspeed-Solutions has been unresponsive regarding refunds and continues to charge for service that has been deactivated.
On 12/14/2019, I returned a defective modem and purchased one of my own. I was never refunded for the modem, despite contacting the company several times in the last couple months. The cost of the modem was $279.99.
On 3/28/2020, the service stopped working. I was charged that day for $59.99 and again charged on 4/28/2020 for another $59.99. The cost of the service is $49.99; there was no explanation of the increase to $59.99. The website still advertises $49.99/month.
I contacted my credit card and reported the $279.99 and the 3/28 charge of $59.99; I have been reimbursed for those by the credit card issuer. The current $59.99 charge on 4/28 has not yet posted; I will dispute that charge once the option is available.
I have attached the complete set of invoices which contains the original charge for the modem (***) and the two disputed monthly charges (*** from March and *** from April). It can be noted that the unexplained price hike first occurred in *** from February.
I want to be refunded for the 4/28/2020 charge of $59.99 and I want my credit card removed from Highspeed-Solution's systems.
Stay away. Internet stopped working, Price hikes without explanation. No real way to communicate with the company. Emails are ignored. Should be zero stars.
Lack of response after taking money for equipment
I ordered service from this company on 3/12/2020 and as of 4/15/2020 I still have not received my equipment, but I am receiving bills for the service. I have attempted to call their customer service number several times, but it is strictly a voice prompt system that says to email them and that they will get back in touch with me. I have emailed them at least six different times, and left messages on their website, but have not received any response from those.
They were very quick to take the $279.99 purchase price for the equipment out of my bank account, but after more than 30 days, I still have not received the equipment. I am not supposed to be billed until the service is activated, but I have received daily dunning notices that my $99.99 monthly service fee is due/late (service I am NOT getting).
I contacted the company that apparently does their billing (*** Corp) and was told that it was not their bill, even though their name is on the invoice. They told me to contact the company, which is not replying to me.
I want the money they have taken for the equipment refunded as soon as possible, and I want the monthly contract cancelled. I am not cancelling the contract/services until I have gotten assurance that they are refunding my money. If I cancel, I am afraid they will say that I am not in their system and will refuse to refund ANYTHING.
I purchased a router and prepaid service in jan2020, the service is no longer working, they are still billing me for prepaid service that I can't use.

This company sold me unlimited high speed internet via a SIM card. I was responsible for purchasing the equipment. I first purchased the internet near the end of February. I also purchased the equipment at this time. I was just charged $99.99 on 3/18/20 that was supposed to be good through 4/17/2020. They also have my credit card information and were supposed to continue month to month charges and service. I work for a major comprehensive cancer center in America remotely (even prior to COVID-19), and today in the middle of working, they shut my internet off. I have emailed and called with no response!
I now have paid $114.47 for the equipment that I cannot use with the new internet service. I have now paid $99.99 for this month and did not get to complete my service. And more importantly, I am now out of internet that is hugely important for my career! I had to search all day to find another option in my rural area and it is going to cost $400 for start up! I am outraged. Furthermore, I spoke with an acquaintance last Friday who told me their service was shut off without warning (same company), so I reached out to them via email then to ask if they could let me know if my service was going to be ending. I did not received a response.
Even more so, I called *** today (the name on the SIM card I received) and they have no account listed with the SIM card that I have. No account number, phone number. Absolutely nothing. This tells me, they are up to no good.
The resolution I am seeking, is a refund of the $99.99 for this month. I feel this is MORE than reasonable, seeing as how they cost me money from my job, the price of the equipment, and the service that I paid them that they did not keep. I do also have receipts for the *** ethernet equipment. I am also wanting to ensure that my credit card is absolutely NOT charged again.

Build on February 19th for service February 28th to March 28th overcharged $10 emailed them no response build me again on March 22nd for service. Service worked fine for 3 months. Service stopped working 4 days ago. Website is offline with a 404 error and Facebook page deleted. Phone number is only automated and no responses to emails sent. Service is paid month to month and I want to make sure I do not get charged for any future months. Too late to diagnose my technical issues now.

Signed up for service on 3/18, paid $349.98 INV-*** for Netgear Nighthawk device and 1 month of service. Email indicated would receive shipping notification in 1 business day. Never received notification, emailed support to inquire, with no response, called 844-954-1288, to get help and it is only automated service. Website is no longer active. Emailed [email protected] indicating if I did not receive notification or response within 1 day I was cancelling and demanding refund along with reporting their business. Never received email. On 3/24 at 5:45 CT, I started a return via their automated phone system. Cancelled my subscription on 3/25 and demanded a full refund. There was a 14-day money back guarantee on the service, which I have not received no used, but was afraid of them trying to draw from my account or for the 14-days to lapse.
This company was referred to me by an acquaintance that uses the services, so thought they were legit, but then when the website was no longer active, I began to get suspicious and after not hearing anything back, I knew this was crap.
I really do need internet services, and may be quick to react, but not being able to reach anyone either through phone or email, is infuriating and not a way I choose to do business.
At this point I want my money back. If they I did receive the device and it truly worked, that would be wonderful, as we don't have internet access at home and need it during this difficult time. However, with the lack of contact and no website, I fail to see how I can trust I won't end up with issues in the future and how I possibly could get it resolved. In the end, I just want my money back so I can look at other solutions.
Paying for service that I cannot even use and get no response from highspeed-solutions
I have been with out internet for 48 hours now and been trying to get a hold of the company but they never return my calls or emails or texts there phone system now is a automated system that directs you to email tech support which I have done and like I said they have not responded and I just made my payment a few days ago because I do auto-pay and they charged me $59.99 and the way there payments work is its the month in advance so right now I'm paying for service that I cannot even use so I demand a full refund from this company

Absolutely no way to talk to them, can't get them to cancel my service.
I began service on January 23, have been asking by email to cancel since February 27. I signed up for $49.99 a month yet they charge me $59.99 a month and don't respond to emails. Phone is an automated system telling you to go to website or to email, which does not good.
I continually email them about canceling and not being charged on March 23, yet I hear nothing from them.
This so called company should not be doing any kind of business.
I would like a refund of the over charged amounts and I want my service cancelled. I do not want anything to do with this company ever again.

I bought the device and service on 2/7/20 when I received it it was the wrong service device. So their sims does not work in it. I activated on the service on 2/14/20. They offer 14 day risk free. I have emailed and called every couple days and still no reply. I paid by card. I have sent them at least six emails.

Ordered high speed internet. Received the router and sim card and internet worked great for 1 day only then quit. They will not respond back to me!
Paid them $179.98 for a high speed router (***) and sim card on Feb 2. It worked perfectly for one day and then the router stopped working. I have sent them multiple emails starting Feb 10, filled out 2 online work orders, and phoned their help desk twice and left messages. They will not contact me about this issue. I have 30 days trial and can request a full refund which I did in the last work ticket. They are supposed to send a preprinted shipping label. Again, no one has replied to me. I have a feeling they have gone out of business and I am stuck for the money.
I want them to either send me a new working router or refund my money. They need to reply to me so I know what is going on!! Their customer service is horrible

They are trying to bill me for next months service when they still have not provided my first months service. I had to cancel my debit card to prevent them from charging me! Still have zero response from this company. Also, when I signed up with them it was supposed to be $49.99 per month and they are trying to get $59.99 now.

Good morning Toni, My name is *** and I have filed a complaint against High-Speed Solutions. The case number is ***. I still have heard nothing from this company. They just tried to bill my credit card for a second month of service when they have provided no service for the first month. I am guessing they took my money and then went out of business. Could you update me on the status of my complaint? thank you
The address for this business is in a very small town. I contacted the town board and received a reply back. This address is assigned to a residential house owned by a lady and there is no business there. No one on the town board has ever heard of Highspeed Solutions.
I paid for a service and it is not being provided, there is no way other then email to reach the company but they will not respond.
I paid my invoice of $49.99 on 1-30-20 ( one day late ) my service was turned back on. on 2-5-20 my service was turned off, on 2-7-20 I used the contact page on the website and no response, today 2-8-20 I email them informing them I will file a chargeback at my bank if my service was not turned back on.
The service was really good when it was on, I would like the service to be fixed more than anything and a billing adjustment for the days without service and to stay a customer. If this is not the outcome the company wishes I would like my money back for the service and will go elsewhere. I will also update my public reviews of this company if they take action to resolve this.
I was contacted by email, they stated to me that they was closed because they all had the flu. I was offered no help at all and they told me that if I did a charge back with my bank that it would not help me. I did a charge back with my bank and got my money back.
