Their was a clerical error this order was not processedCustomer contacted us to let us know no shipment was received, we checked our records and the customer was correct. Shipment was packed up and delivery was made on tracking number ***Customer checked tracking
number before the first scan was made by postal worker making it an invalid tracking numberThis was explained to the customer and the customer was asked to check tracking number again the following dayThe following day tracking became active, customer received his goods days later Priority Mail
I order a piece from hear and I got my first shipment just perfect somewhat It took a while but I got it so I tried out my 18mm adapter and truns out it works perfect to I go back on about a week or so latter and decided to order just the 18mm angled down stem on January 7 2017 and all I got was a receipt saying my order was place and ever since that day my order has been on hold I have sent 4 Emails to different emails that where used to send my last tracking number and info form last purchase but no response from either of them we are now Jan 16 2017 so it's been a week and 2 days
Review: Orderd glass drill bit and other glass parts on 18 April 2016. After a few weeks not receiving my items I emailed company with no response. So I emailed to all emails associated with that business and finally got a simple response of a tracking number that is invalid. Website has no phone numbers and they advertise 100% guarantee satisfaction and that's False. I would like my money back I have emails showing the transaction.Desired Settlement: Refund of 45.98$

This was explained to the customer and the customer was asked to check tracking number again the following day. The following day tracking became active, customer received his goods 3 days later Priority Mail.
