Good morning [redacted], Thank you for taking the time to talk with me regarding the recent Revdex.com complaint that was submitted for The 20 on Hawthorne. ID number [redacted].
 
The complaint submitted states that the online application system shows a rental amount of different than the offered rate at...

lease signing. We understand that this system error took place showing an incorrect rent amount on the website. We completely understood when [redacted] said that would not work for him and that he would be canceling.  At this point he is now requesting that we refund the application fee paid online which was $46.82. The 20 on Hawthorne agrees to refund amount by check mail to [redacted]. The online website pricing has since been removed to prevent this from happening again.
 
Please send [redacted]@greystar.com a valid mailing address for the check to be mailed. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me.
