No tracking, no emails other one that said “fulfilled” two days later. Every other website on earth, when it says “fulfilled” means the order has been completed and shipped. This worried me. It’s take. 10 days to get ahold of them.
Then I get some rude, condescending person who talks down to me about fulfilled just meaning they got the order and that they don’t send tracking numbers. That it’ll ship “possible in the 2nd Run.” I said “I bought it in the 1st run for a reason! Why collect the reprint in a hurry like I did and spend a crazy $11 for a newspaper?!” She replied “sorry, that’s how it is…it could take 3-4 weeks (I get stuff faster from China & I’m only one hour away from Atlanta) and that’s all we can tell you.” “You can’t even look up my order number to make sure the system doesn’t think it fulfilled my order when it didn't?” “No.” “Is there anything else.” I just said “no” and hung up.
I do get notified when anything is shipped to me whether it’s Usps, ups, or FedEx. I’m signed up for all of that and know that no label has even been printed to ship to me yet. I asked about refunds and was told “we don’t do that.”
Insert her condescending, snobby tone and it was really frustrating and I still don’t have what I paid for!
That's Great News is bad news for publishers.
The company clearly violates copyright laws by reproducing and reselling magazine content they have no rights to. I will be sure to inform all of my clients about the shady and illegal practices of this company.

We have removed Mr. [redacted] from our data base. We apologize for any problems this has caused him.
We apologize and the information for [redacted] has been removed from our system. There were multiple listing for that email address which would cause the multiple phone calls. As soon as [redacted] called the main office he/she was removed. Again I apologize for the aggressiveness...
of our marketing.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It is sad that it took this to stop phone their phone calls in the first place and unfortunate that Veronica (from [redacted]) felt the need to laugh when she was told we would be filing a complain with Revdex.com.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
We are sorry for the confusion and have credited the account out immediately. Please have the business owner keep the plaque as our gift. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.Kathy B[redacted]
We are not violating any copyright laws because we either use the actual publication or the first copy of an online publication to produce our plaques.
Clear violation!
As the publisher of a magazine that has had clients contacted. There are clear restrictions about the reproduction in any format of content appearing in the printed or digital versions. You are most certainly violating copyright laws.
We have removed all email address from our system and have added it to our do not call list
Review: Since having an article about my grief support programs appear in a local paper, this company has emailed and called me every day, including to my home email address. I do not want their product and I find this quickly becoming out of control. I have already contacted the newspaper to report this to them, as I am sure their other subjects are receiving the same sales campaign.Desired Settlement: Please have this company remove me from all of their lists. Thank you.
Review: They continually send emails to [redacted]g email address. I add them to spam/junk folder/blocked list and still receive emails because their email sender constantly changes. At one time I had asked to be taken off their list. I do NOT want them to send us spam emails regarding purchasing plaques from articles in our local newspaper.Desired Settlement: Remove any email addresses ending with [redacted] from their system and do not add back to their list again.

Review: Someone from this company called me in the morning, asking for my email address in reference to a magazine article written about uss. I asked them where they were calling from, specifically asking "Are you [removed] Magazine?" They said "yes". I looked up the phone number and it is from the Cheshire, CT area. A few hours later I receive a spam email regarding the article in [removed] Magazine, trying to get me to buy a framed copy of our article through them. They say "That's Great News is not affiliated with [removed] Magazine" in the email, but they blatantly lied to me over the phone saying they were and signed me up for their spam without my permission.Desired Settlement: Removal of all our email / physical addresses from their mailing system and to be added to a do not contact list.

The following email address: [redacted].com has been removed from all leads in That's Great News, LLC marketing system
Review: I have repeatedly unsubscribed to this company's emails and have had continual problems getting removed from the list. It took multiple complaints to finally stop receiving them. It was a big relief when they stopped. Then, this morning someone called our business, saying they wanted our email address to send us something about our Tampa Bay Metro recognition. I told her that we don't want to receive anything promoting a custom plaque of that page. She said it wasn't that at all. Subsequently, I received an email that was exactly that! This company is unscrupulous and horrible to deal with. I would NEVER order anything from them and am disgusted with their harassing practices.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop calling and/or emailing us and promise to never solicit our business again!

Review: Company sends repeated spam emails and does not honor requests to be removed from their mailing lists.
The company "That's Great News" has sent repeated spam emails to LeapFrog's consumer support email address which has impacted our ability to service our customers. Despite repeated requests to cease contacting us, the spam continues. They use multiple email addresses to thwart our attempts to block them from our system. Among these addresses are:
[redacted]@thatsgreatnews.com
[redacted]@messages.netsuite.com
[redacted]@campaigns.netsuite.com
[redacted]@campaigns.netsuite.com
Desired Settlement: LeapFrog requests "That's Great News" honor our request to immediately and permantently stop contacting us via email, phone, fax, or any other means.
