I am an 18 years old university student at *** University in the *** and I ordered clothes ( hoodie, order no *** ) from the website Thats Art Apparel by Travie Williams ( www.thatsartapparel.com) on Oct 1st 2019. I paid a total of *** including shipping with my debit card. I have been tracking the shipment online via USPS ( tracking id: *** on *** ) which continues to show " your item could not be delivered on Oct 09 2019 at 7:20 am in the *** due to payment of charges. It is being held while the addressee is notified." Up till today, I did not receive no letter nor email from them about how and where and how much to pay custom charges in order to receive my parcel. I emailed the customer service ( ***/***) on Oct 13th, 15th, 18th and 22nd asking them to contact USPS to send me the information to pay for the custom charges as the sender as there was no way for me to contact them ( I tried on USPS website with no luck ). Despite the numerous emails I sent, no response apart from their usual auto reply from inquiry that " one of our Customer Service Representatives will be in touch with you soon " but they never actually emailed me how they would like to resolve this issue after the auto reply each time. I had no choice but emailed them on Oct 18th that I am not impressed as I would like a full refund of *** back to my debit card I used to pay despite me constantly asking them information how to pay custom charges. As I paid with my debit card, not credit card, I don't know if my bank will refund the money to me if Thats Art Apparel continues their usual way of keeping on ignoring customers like me. I am only a student and my parents send me pocket money. *** is a lot of money that I have paid for the hoodie. I did not realise they can be so unprofessional, deceiving and fraudulent. I want you to help me ask them to refund my *** + *** since they keep on ignoring me because I live in the U
