That Sounds Gay

TSG reached out to me on *** (***) asking if I would like to be brand rep. I responded and confirmed my interest. They provided a discount code for me to make my purchase on August 31, 2020. I made my purchase that evening receiving notification that my order was in preshipment on September 3.

I waited until September 17 to make my first outreach to receive an update as preshipment had not been updated. I understood given the high demands of the post office right now that there was a chance my order would be delayed. I received one response asking for further information to look my order with no follow up.

I then followed up on the same email chain September 25 2020, October 3, 2020. I reached out on *** thinking their email was backed up on September 28. I also commented on one of their *** posts on October 6th asking for further assistance. None of these received any response.

My final reach out was on October 9, 2020 via email stating that I was ready to part ways, cancel the order, and receive a refund. They seem like a small business and I understand being swamped by orders, but I don't understand the sheer of lack of communication. Especially given that all my messages have been patient, understanding, and simply inquiring. I have screenshots of every outreach to prove so.

Throughout this whole entire time, I have received several promotional emails from them and seen continous *** posts. There is no technical issue that would keep them from responding to me.
