We done business with this firm several times for various reasons, and never had any reason to complain. Very professional, very prompt, got the job done. What's not to like? If you NEED a lawyer, spend the money and hire one.

I paid up front for services that were not completed. My case was going to be dismissed had I not filed the document with the court. They will not return 3 calls, 4 emails and 1 pop in visit that they "weren't there ". This was Sept and Oct.

Bad customer service - took months to do our paperwork, rushed us in to finish it up before Christmas, then no response for 2 months. Paid up front, didn't answer emails or 2 phone calls in Jan/Feb - finally dropped in to get our documents and obviously nothing had been done for 2 months. Had to wait an hour for them to scramble - how embarrassing for them! NOT recommended.
