These people were efficient caring and considerate, up to a certain point, however after they left with a $tip, we noticed they had broken the TV stand/fireplace badly beyond repair, and then taped it up to hide it so we wouldn't noticeI tried to claim it, only $for a $piece and they denied it saying we declined insuranceWe were never offered itSad way to treat a good customer who would have recommended you highlyPeople talk! One day soon you will require a license to move people and you're business will fail badly then! As deserved! A simple fix of $would have left me feeling that we are at least valued*** ***

I had a terrible experience with this company I hired them to move me from Vancouver to ***, and store my belongingsAfter unpacking various items, ALL of my large framed pictures were broken, as well as my framed mirrorsOther items, including my BRAND NEW table, came scratched and dentedMy TV stand was broken off INSIDE of the TV, as if someone had dropped it and snapped it in halfNaturally, I was devastated, but the worst part was their reactionThe company denied that ANY of it was their fault, offered no apologies, and have refused to fairly pay for or replace my belongingsI have had to basically call them and email them non-stop to get a response, and when I finally did, the amount they were willing to pay was a slap in the faceI will be looking into litigation, as their lack of respect and poor customer service has got to stop

Really had a terrible experience with this companyThe company missed many items from our house, when this was discovered it was 'too late' and we had to hire an additional company to help us, costing us $$ and lawyer fees as we had to renegotiate the day the property was handed overOn moving day they were only able to load our posessions up, then they declaired it was too late and we had to get a hotel for the eveningAt short notice we had to go one town over to find a hotel that would accept pets.More costNo appology or offers of any reimbursement whatsoeverThe office manager was also rudeIn the end we lost a day and few thousand dollarsIf this company was the last moving company on earth I would not hire them again
