That Crazy Bee Guy!

Reached out in May, He said he was going out of town but would stop by the next day before he left. No call, text or show. Called 2 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for last Thursday. He showed up with no tools to check anything. Said he would be up this Thursday. I called/texted several times to confirm with no response. Called him today, the day of, and he said he was too busy today. This is absolutely horrendous customer service. Any place else would be better. Unbelievably disrespectful.

I paid 1/up front for a productWas offered a refund when it was delayedwas then told I couldn't get a refund until the product was sold to someone elseThat is not how the customer/merchant relationship works in any industry.I've long since given up on getting anything from this guyI posted this here so others may steer clear of this guy

I think this man does not understand when he pre-orders a living thing that it just can't be taken back and it is not up to me to buy it for himI have been more then fair and up front with everything to himHe still has a choice to pick up his bees or wait for them to be soldHe has been a real nasty person trying everything to get a refund and does not care or have regard for how business works

Buckeye bee & wasp never sold that man/woman anything.
He pre-ordered honey bees from: Those Crazy Bee Guys. Then after his/her deposit for the bees he canceled his order. There is not refund on the pre-order form. He ordered bees and they have been here for months and the person has been...

notified over and over.
