Tharp Sewer & Drain

Tharp sewer and drain is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any plumbing/sewer company, ever. Called them to cable a line Saturday. Long story short, they come over, get their cable stuck, cannot free it, and eventually just disconnect and leave! They left with 35 ft of cable stuck in my lines and the main stack uncapped! And had the never to tell me I’m a “***”! These people have no idea what they’re doing! This was Saturday, today is Monday. Maplewood Sewer and plumbing came out and was able to free the cable after 45 minutes onsite! If you need sewer/plumbing help, call professionals and not these jokesters.

Tharp did a thorough job. Worked on my sewer for 2 hours without extra charge until it ran clean. Also let me know my toilet needed a new wax ring and changed it for me. That did cost, but he also adjusted my flushing mechanism so that I don't have to hold down the handle to get it to flush anymore. He took the time to show me what was clogging the sewer (wipes and a dish cloth). Great guys!
