Thai One On

I ordered using their online ordering system and after waiting more than an hour still had not received my delivery. The number on their website does not work, instead forwarding to a Virgin Mobile setup menu and when I called the location listed on my order they claimed it was not their location's job to deliver. I called the location they indicated should deliver to us, that location put me on hold as well for 10 minutes before they hung up the phone on me. When I called the number for what was listed as the headquarters, I was told that they didn't deliver to us (despite this being the 10th or so order from them to this location). I had already paid for this order via credit card and when I asked them about getting it refunded they claimed it would happen automatically when I said I had not received my order, however they gave me no means for lodging this complaint and were vague about when it might happen.
