Updates their tracking showing that items are delivered but they are indeed not delivered. Had to talk to Amazon customer support to get my money back and order the items again. I hope they are not the company to deliver my items again. I really needed these items ***. This is not the first time that this has happened with this company and I'm tired of it.
The driver dump the package at the end of the sidewalk, so anyone could steal it. No concern or care.
Bad service. Delivery at wrong place and the carton box left in the rain. The *** label was right where it said use the side entrance.
Mostly good experience - however this past while 3 packages were "delivered" and I never received any of them. Packages are left in lobby of building where anyone can steal them, there is no depot to pick up packages and customer service is a joke. I have complained numerous times to *** (thankfully they gave me refunds for these ghost packages), yet they continue to use them - ***. I have now had to cancel my *** account b/c I can't trust they wont use Dynamex. I'm not surprised this poor excuse for a courier service is not Revdex.com accreditied.
Terrible service. The driver pretends to deliver and lies about attempted delivery. When I call in to support, they check with the driver and make other excuses. This has happened many times with Dynamex. I have to re-order items from supplier.
Not sure what kind of company runs their business like this but I just had a package delivered about a half hour ago (as shown on shipping updates) and I just got home. My package was left out on my stairs in the open when I have a porch and door that the person could have easily left it in like all of the other companies that I've dealt with do when nobody is home. My street is busy and lots of foot traffic so it could have easily been stolen like many of the other parcels in the area do. Shame that *** deals with them!
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered last Sunday from ***. The tracking kept pushing the delivery date to the next business day. When I call customer service they tried calling the dispatcher but never got through. They tried emailing with no response. I called customer service yesterday. They told me they spoke to the dispatcher and was told that the package just got scanned and would be on a truck for delivery today. When I tracked the delivery status it now says that it will be deliver on Monday. Customer service has no sense of urgency to run this up the corporate flagpole to address the major issue with the company. The warehouse in Long Island City either , doesn’t respond to calls, emails Or lies to the customer service reps about the package. This is a delivery company and the fact I can’t get my package deliver when it’s less than two miles away is frustrating. Any vendor should think twice about using this company when shipping to their customers.
Horrible company. Have shipped items from amazon to my hoke and work and gotten notice that its either wrong address or cant reach mailbox or doors. Then try to call them like your told to and they are closed. Wish we could choose who shipped out packages through amazon.
Same-day delivery from *** was placed. Waited, watching the door for 3 hours and the package was not delivered. Furthermore, delivery company claimed that the delivery person delivered the package and it was "my word against his". Three days later, I contact *** and luckily they offered a refund.
First time I have had problems with *** but it is also the first time with Dynamex. My package was out for delivery since just after 7 this morning. I literally tracked it all day waiting for an update as it had items in it for my upcoming wedding. Just before 9 I get a “sorry, your package will be delayed.” Then a few minutes later I get an email from *** saying they attempted to deliver my package but no one was home and they didn’t want to leave it unattended. Then the delayed shipping tracking message was replaced with showing an attempted delivery done at 8:52, when my fiancé and I were eating dinner. I went outside to see if there was a delivery note...nope. Called *** and they tried calling Dynamex but they were closed.
I don’t care if something is late. What bothers me is the lie. I will NOT order from *** again unless it is with another carrier. Now I have to call tomorrow to see why they lied about their so called attempted delivery.
Packages have been left at the front door without so much as a knock. Recently a rather expensive order went missing. If you're in *** and are ordering something through *** or other online retailers watch out for Dynamex.
Awful. Packages go "missing", some are returned to sender without even a delivery attempt, some are delivered to entirely the wrong address. Use any other courier, this one is awful.
Awful, wish I could leave no stars. They have now lost or delivered 3 packages to me in the past year. No more chances.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. All the reviews are true, they lie to you repeatedly. First they marked my status as "No Access" as if they couldn't get to me. Not true, my partner works from home and no one came, not to mention my phone tells me anyone who comes to the door or buzzer and not one person did. I called and complained about this fictitious update. Then the next day they said he'd be there. Never showed. I called they said they didn't know why. That night at 9 status was changed to "left on dock"... okay. Then the next day he was to come (and by the way the false status of No Access had been deleted but no other previous statuses were). Yesterday he never came BUT my package was marked as delivered. I called again, they said they called him and he had delivered a different package to another Sarah and accidentally marked mine delivered (that is incredibly worrying for any delivery company to make such a mistake let alone on day 3 of this saga). This was 6:27 pm they said he would be there in 1 hour. I delayed my dinner plans to wait as I really needed the package. HE NEVER SHOWED. I called back at 8:00 and asked again, on his way they said there just after 8:30. HE NEVER SHOWED.
I do not have my package, although still marked delivered. Almost every single review I have read says the same thing, they do this all the time.
If I could give this company a zero I would. Numerous times they have claimed to have attempted delivery although I was home all day and they did not even buzz my apartment. And despite having notices saying not to leave parcels unattended they have done just that and my parcels have been stolen on numerous occasions.
I ordered a Japanese Unlimited SIM Card from ***. At the time the order was placed, the estimated delivery date was March 13. When the item was shipped via Dynamex Canada Inc., I was given a tracking number and an updated delivery date estimate of March 9. The item arrived at 1:00 pm on March 9 as promised. When the delivery person arrived, he called our unit on the condo intercom and brought the item to my door on the 3rd floor. The delivery person was friendly and efficient. I was totally satisfied with the quality service.
