Review: I made an inquiry regarding a reservation for a birthday wine tour. I received an all inclusive sale quote for $550 that included planning, event services and gratuity. Upon receipt of my check, the company called saying that the limo requested a credit card be on file ine the chance the limo sustained any damage. A hold was to be placed on the card that would be released when the limo tour was completed. When the limo arrived, I was immediately asked for $75 in case for gratuity and a signature for the credit card on hold. My card was charged an extra $400 on Friday Oct 3. In total I spent $1025 for a 5 hour limo ride. No services at the winery were included, gratuity was not included, and I was unknowingly charged $400 extra dollars. All calls and emails inquiring about the unexplained extra charges have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I understand that the limo needs to be paid and tipped. For that I am willing to pay the $475. I would like my $550 refunded from the Oasis Group. All they did was book the limo and assign three wineries, which I could have done myself. They misrepresented what the $550 would be covering. The "all-inclusive" $550 did not include the limo, any winery services, or gratuity.
