Review: TFC has failed to provide details of my account such as; pay off, payment history, sending letters stating my account is unsatisfactory, I have failed to pay the payments I agreed to. This is false and when I contact them I get a jerk that hates his job and won't give me a detailed bill so I can match their records with mine. They are rude and bothered by me calling to clear this up. Not to mention a $10 late charge each month for months.Desired Settlement: Show me a detailed bill from day 1 and remove the unwarranted late fees that they falsely charge me.

We are sorry that the student has not been able to receive the information requested, however we have tried contacting him numerous times at the phone number on file (which is the same phone number listed on this claim). Ultimately students are more than welcome to contact us via telephone at ###-###-#### m-f 9:00 to 5:30 eastern standard time. Via online at [redacted] 24/7. We have also snailed mail notifications to the student at least 2 times per month
