I got my hair highlighted in the end of April, and my hair started falling out in bunches at a time
weeks ago, I went back to the salon that did my hair and I was told that my hair had been overprocessed and the bleach had been left on too long - an hour and minutes
The stylist was very dismissive, and she told me that even though my hair had been damaged, that I cannot get any of my money back and I am to confront the stylist that did my hair
I didn’t want to confront the stylist, because I didn’t want her to touch my hair again, as it was still falling out
I paid $for this cut and color, as well as a $tip, and no money was reimbursed or discounted, and Texxturz Salon admitted to their wrong doing!
I then had to go to another salon where I had to pay $and another $tip to get my hair repaired as best as possible
I am so disappointed and upset with this company and completely upset that I gave them almost $200, and they would not reimburse or discount
