Review: I ordered a product that I saw was backorderd, and I understood that I might not receive it immediately, but I wanted the item nevertheless. They pulled the money out of my account, but I have not heard anything since I placed my order. I have called and emailed asking for a timeline on product delivery, but have not yet talked with a human being. At this point, the product I ordered has been removed from the website, and if they no longer carry it, it should not have been advertised as for sale in the first place. I would either like the product delivered very soon, or I want my money back for the purchase.
