-0.35pt;">Texas Veterinary Hospital's policy has always been to not except returns on any prescription products. This policy is in place to assure our clients that all products we sale have been handled in an appropriate manner and have not been exposed to any contamination or tampering that could come from re-sale. We appreciate our clients coming forward and making us aware of this discrepancy and have since re-educated our staff on the appropriate return policy. We have also posted this policy in each hospital. Our hospitals strive to improve so that we can continue to provide excellent care to our patients and peace of mind to our clients.
